Plain-English terms for using Recruit Today, whether you're job hunting or posting a role.
What this is
Recruit Today is a job board for UK and German roles open to visa sponsorship, cross-checked where possible against the UK sponsor register and current Skilled Worker / EU Blue Card salary thresholds. Creating an account means you've read and agree to these terms.
Accounts
You need an account to save jobs, track applications, set up alerts, or use the CV review tool. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the accuracy of the details you give us. One person, one account — don't share logins.
Employer job postings
Employer accounts can publish a job listing for a one-time fee, currently £99, live for 30 days from payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. A published listing is reviewed against our normal content standards (see "Acceptable use" below) and we can take down a listing that violates them without a refund. Outside of that, we don't currently offer refunds on published listings — check the listing carefully before paying.
Acceptable use
Don't post fake, misleading, or discriminatory job listings. Don't use the site to scrape, resell, or bulk-harvest listings or candidate data. Don't try to get around the sponsor-verification or salary-threshold checks by misrepresenting a role. We can suspend or close an account that does any of this.
Not immigration advice
Everything on this site — sponsor-verification badges, salary-threshold results, AI CV feedback — is an estimate to help you prioritise your search, not immigration or legal advice. Immigration rules and salary thresholds change, and we can't guarantee a listing's sponsorship claim or a calculation's accuracy for your specific situation. Always confirm sponsorship and eligibility directly with the employer, and speak to a qualified immigration adviser before making decisions about your visa.
The AI CV tool
CV scores and suggestions are generated by an AI model and are a starting point, not a guarantee of how any real recruiter or employer will view your CV. Don't submit anyone else's personal data without their permission.
Liability
We work to keep listings and threshold calculations accurate and up to date, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees. We're not liable for decisions made based on information from this site, including a job application, a visa decision, or a payment made by an employer for a listing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes — for material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to flag it on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
