Privacy & cookies
A plain-English summary of what we collect today and why โ no legalese, no fine print you need a lawyer to parse.
What we collect
If you create an account: your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) the basic profile info Google shares with us. If you use a password instead, it's stored securely hashed โ we never see or store it in plain text.
What your activity creates
Jobs you save, jobs you mark as applied, and jobs you've viewed while signed in are stored against your account so you can find them again later. Your visa-eligibility settings (assumed weekly hours, new-entrant status) and the optional profile details you give us at signup (location, job type interests, skills, experience level) are stored to personalise your salary-threshold results and job feed. If you use the CV review tool, the text extracted from your CV is stored against your account so you can see past reviews โ the original file itself is never kept.
Cookies
We use a secure, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't currently run any third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share your saved/applied job history with employers or third parties.
Your data, your control
You can update your profile or delete saved/applied jobs at any time from your account dashboard. To request full account deletion, contact us via the Contact page.
